The United Stand

The Manchester United Fan Channel that says it how it is for the people who matter the most, fans. The channel started in February 2015. I joined soon after and filled the roles of panellist, writer, recruiter and promoter over the next 18 months. I left my role to focus on University soon after the channel won the award for "Best New Football Blog" at the Football Blogging Awards held in Manchester England.

The United Writers (April 2014- August 2014)

This project was done to give me the experience of editing people's work. You can learn so much from this. It's mind-blowing, to be honest.  Things like new ideas and styles are always popping up right in front of you when you go out of your way to read somebody else's work. My writing style did change because of it and for the better. The project was about Manchester United. With this, I gave people the opportunity to write about the club that they love. With that, I met fans from all over the world. It really did send home how big the club is when I found people from almost every continent who felt they knew enough about a football team in England to write a fantastic piece. It was a really interesting experience.

You can find  my work and the work of other writers here

Another Day another mind.  (June 2015- September 2015)

This is my most recent WordPress project. As it's official launch was only in June 2015. Out of everything I have ever done on-line this idea is the one I am the most excited about that. The main two reasons for this is that I think it is a unique idea I have not seen elsewhere.

Secondly, I think the project has the element and potential and surprise as well as the ability to teach both me and the reader about how we are all different and see the world and varying shades colours and dimensions. I honestly believe this project is making me a better person and here is why.

The blog is an interview blog. The idea is that I sit down with people of my own age (18--22 years old) and ask them questions about various things such as their interest, ongoing social conversations and society and finally a few deeper question. With that, the reader gets a great insight into the mind of another without knowing many personal details about that person.

You can find all these interviews here
